Let me tell you about my 2002 Honda Accord (6 cyl.) that I bought in 2002 from Rick Justice Honda in Meridian, Mississippi... I call my car "Betsy".
As of today, Betsy and I have traveled 500,000 miles together. She is remarkable. Other than a few minor parts replacements and routine oil changes, she has required very little maintenance.
I had thought about getting a new Honda for my 80th birthday this year. However, if Betsy continues to perform well, I may postpone that until my 81st.
Just thought you would like to hear from a very pleased customer.

I found during our search for a new vehicle that the sales consultant had a direct impact on whether or not I wanted to deal with a dealership. Some sales consultants I found off-putting -- so we would leave and not go back. Not so with Adam Brown -- my husband and I found him to be friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Even though we arrived around closing time to look at a vehicle, Adam stayed with us answering all our questions and it was getting on towards 7 or 7:30. My husband and I left the dealership with a good feeling -- we both felt like Adam cared and went out of his way to help us. I've been driving my Honda a couple weeks now and I am really enjoying it.
Adam did pick up my car a couple days after we bought it to have an inspection sticker put on it and had it vacuumed and washed and returned the car to me at work. Great service. Keep up the good work and thank Adam for me for a great experience.

Rick Justice has the most upfront service department. They have never tried to sell me unnecessary service and even sent me home when I went too early. Getting used to these new vehicles that you wait forever to change the oil. All this to say Great Service Dept.

This past July, my 2001 Honda Accord was brought to your dealership to check a malfunction of the SRS. I had experienced a similar problem with the same car several years before and your service department took care of the problem. Most recently, when I came to have the SRS checked, I conferred with the Service Advisor and Service Manager regarding the situation. They listened intently and assured me they would look into the matter and see what could be done. After several weeks of time and effort on the part of these two find gentlemen, the car was repaired and, much to my delightful surprise was covered under warranty by Honda. I am convinced without their willingness to go the "second mile" on my behalf, the end result would have been quite different. These gentlemen represent Rick Justice Honda in a highly commendable way. They are sympathetic, courteous and accomodating. You can be proud of the way in which they take great care of your customers. I also appreciate Honda's standing behind their product. We have had three Hondas -- two presently -- and have been extrememly pleased with their performance. We are "Honda People" and encourage others to follow in our our foot-steps. Again, I want to thank you, Mr. Pierce and Honda for what has been done on my behalf.
